      對于我們運行人員來說,大多數工作是由很多人一起協作,相互配合完成的。共同營造良好的工作氛圍對于我們運行人員來說顯得更為重要,直接關系到我們工作的好壞!而良好的工作氛圍不是一個人能搞好的,要靠我們大家一道,
一起長期不懈地努力

      營造良好的工作氛圍,首先要從我們每一個人做起,這是我們每一個運行人員都應該認識到的。一個好的工作團隊是由每一個良好的成員組成的。要想要求別人做好,首先自己要做好。我們有的運行人員出一點事情,就抱怨這個人沒做好、那個人的操作給他留下了隱患,什么都是別人的錯,那為什么事故會出在你的手里?電力安全規程要求我們電力工人要做到“三不傷害”,就是要求我們在任何情況下都能夠保證安全生產。自己的工作要自己做好,別人沒做好的工作留到自己班上也要自己做好。這不僅僅是互相幫助的需要,更是自己干好工作的需要。如果我們每項工作都做好了,那么我們大家的工作也就能做好。
